As you’ve probably noticed I’m a longtime fan of the colour pink, however the last week I’ve been particularly drawn to the rosy shade. The colour pink to me has a joyful, playful, warm vibe that is fresh, I always feel confident and cool when I wear it. I opted for a bright pink manicure this week, to cheer myself up and then two days later this stunning Alaïa campaign dropped. Featuring my favourite model of all time Daria Werbowy, donning two dreamy pink looks that speak to me on a spiritual level.
Here’s a little round up of some cute pink-hued investment items that feel classic but can add a fun twist to your wardrobe, this iconic satin mini skirt that will never go out of style or a vintage mini dress version. For more casual, everyday items I love a good quality tank top or a beautiful jacket/blazer. One of my favourite pink items is the bridesmaids dress I wore for my sister’s wedding from Paris Georgia, they have a similar style here and a mini-dress version in the same shade. The pink theme has even seeped its way into my current skincare, which has been a focus for me during this self care period. My recent favourite Korean additions being this powerhouse serum that I’m hoping will calm down breakouts and a wrapping mask that you can leave on over night.
Besides the infatuation with candy floss coloured items I’ve also been swooning over the beautiful interior of this Parisian apartment from design duo @le_cann_ which I find to be inspiring and calming at the same time - a winning combination.
